How can you sit in water? My mummy gave me a bath when I was very tiny but I will NEVER have another one!

When Chica got the first contact with humans she was put in the tub because she was a stray, also when she came to us the first thing was bathing her. After that every week. I guess she got used. And she missed bathing because all the winter she didn't get one.
Unfortunately this didn't work with Pumuckl. Although he was a baby when taking the first baby he still hates it, scratches, bites and pees so we just do it when it is really necessary... :)

Actually as I sit here working, our Siamese - an extremely vocal cat - talks and talks and talks. Sort of a strange version of the "chinese water torture."
I love her dearly, and our Persian (a sweet QUIET cat) so don't get me wrong.

I can't get over how calm and content you look in that bath. I struggle and yowl when SS washes my feetsies when I come in from the garden.

I just gave Puddy a bath and trust me, she was NOT as calm as Chica is! Although Puddy was good today, lots of miaowing but she actually sat still in the water and let me wash her, which was nice. But she got lots of treats afterwards. It's funny how some cats love baths, others hate them!
