Things have really gone back to normal. The cats don't just play with each other again, also another habit didn't stop: Pumuckl's suckling/nursing habit.
Several times in this blog I have talked about Pumuckl, the 1 year old kitty, still being nursed by Chica. Never I had new photos of Pumuckl as a grownup drinking from the dried our milk bar. But as he is doing this daily now, I could catch some pictures:

I still find it amazing every time I see it. Chica, the lovely mother cat, doesn't care at all, she doesn't even whap him. It seems she's really happy Pumuckl didn't give up his habit. She is cleaning him while he is suckling.But now we would like to wish Karl & Ruis all the best. Karl & Ruis had their cat wedding today!

I am sooo jealous Pumuckl. I would still do that if my mummy was here. I do it to MB every day, but can't find anywhere to suck. I rub my nose instead.

You look good in your trekkie outfits.Mum had a cat before she had us and he nursed from his mother until he was 4 or 5. The mother cat didn't have milk, but she didn't mind him nursing on her.

Oh ya, indeed! Actually Pumuckl started doing this again right after the fight was over. I guess both missed these precious moments.

When Zippy first came here she nursed on Punkin an adult, spayed female who had never had kittens. She did it until she was almost two and Punkin never minded it even tho she'd never had kitties. We found it odd but our vet said as long as Zippy didn't suckle so hard she hurt Punkin's nipples and Punkin didn't mind it was fine.
